WHY IS THERE A SPECIAL EVENT?
Front Porch Improv needs a permanent home to keep making cool, fun comedy in Savannah. We are fundraising to build a professional improv theatre in Savannah, GA, in the same vein as some of the best theaters in the Southeast, like Dad’s Garage in Atlanta, Theatre 99 in Charleston, and Mettlesome in Durham, NC all of whom we have existing partnerships. This theatre & bar will be located on Victory Drive and Barnard Street, is 3,010 square feet, and will open the in Spring of 2020. The theatre will seat 140 people, with an additional rehearsal space, a community room, and a beer & wine bar, and will be located just a few blocks from Starland Yard food truck park, Victory North Music Venue, Back in the Day Bakery, and next to Revolution Yoga.
