The event will be a two day workshop starting each day at 10:00am and ending at 5pm with a one hour break and two fifteen minute breaks in between. The dates for the workshop are August 24th and 25th. Each actor will receive a monologue that they will tackle in class and be able to use in future auditions. The monologues will be tailored towards the actor based on stage or film acting and dramatic or comedic. The focus of the workshop will be based off of Stella Adler’s Acting Technique that the teacher, Corey Hollinger, has been studying in New York City. *Disclaimer: He is not a master of the technique yet but wants to give back what he has learned to the community he grew up in.
Payments will be $40 taken through Venmo (@Corey-Hollinger) so that there is no extra charges, but there is a brownpapertickets page (https://m.bpt.me/event/4295555) to handle registration for the workshop.
