Savannah Shakes

Founded in 2015 by Sheila Lynne Bolda and Christopher Soucy, Savannah Shakes’ goal has always been to create text-focused productions that transport the Bard’s characters to new worlds. We love to explore the way four century old texts can easily shed light on the times we live in or have lived in. We take our role as Savannah’s only Shakespeare company very seriously while not taking ourselves too seriously. We are always looking for new Shakers to come and join the fun!
